The new T12 is shorter to fit Sako and Tikka 20 inch barrels.
The new T12 is now lighter than the reflex T8. The T12 Scout is also lighter, more efficient than the aluminum mods and will not flame erode.

You have the choice of different baffle settings, from 8 to 12 baffles. These stainless steel robust sound moderators have stood the test and in my opinion are one of the best available on the market today!

Full in-house fitting service in UNF, UNEF and metric threads.  This is accomplished on our specialist lathes; we use a unique system for machining muzzlethreads.  We do NOT use revolving centres or mandrels down the barrel as this may damage the rifling or the crown.

We machine barrels through the head-stock held in to specialist manufactured four-jaw chucks, mounted with bronze jaws. Concentricity is achieved via long-armed internal dial gauges and adjustments are made to zero the bore axis. Not all barrels are ground concentric to the bore axis. The outside diameter could vary up to 0.006".

We endeavour to have your rifle threaded and returned within an impressive 48-hour turnaround. This excludes (if required) the rifle being re-proofed.

AU jet-ZTM has been developed in close cooperation with several user groups. Its attenuation properties are absolutely the top in the market.

ASE Utra S-series

The Ase Utra S series sound suppressors are available in various calibres, from .243 Win up to .338 Lapua Magnum. Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY, the S series suppressors are manufactured out of 300 series stainless steel, are assembled by welding.

The S series suppressors have a strong construction and are built to for a long service life.
The small S series S5 suppressor only adds 112 mm to the length of the weapon, the diameter being 45 mm.

The S series S6 suppressor is intended for larger hunting calibres such as .338 Win Mag and 9,3x62. The S series S6 suppressor adds 132 mm to the length of the weapon and the diameter is 45 mm.

In production is also the S series S7 model, for users seeking the maximum sound suppression levels. The S series S7 suppressor adds the length of the weapon by 156 mm and has the same diameter, 45 mm. The S7 model is especially intended for sniper type rifles.

The S series suppressors are available with a variety of internal threads to fit directly onto the rifle barrel. Standard threads include M14x1, M15x1, M17x1, M18x1, ½"x20 UNF to fit most current centrefire rifles.

Performance

The S series suppressors reduce the weapon sound pressure level by 22-35 dB (dependant on suppressor model and calibre). The S series suppressors also reduce recoil and muzzle flash significantly.

Rifles tested with the AU S series suppressors, comply with the latest personal exposure limit set by the European Directive 2003/10/EC (140 Pa tai 137 dB (C))

ASE Utra JetZ Compact

The Ase Utra jet-Z™ COMPACT is a high-performance suppressor designed for centrefire rifles up to .300 Win Mag calibre. For larger calibres such as .45-70 and .458 Win Mag, the jet-Z MAGNUM COMPACT model is available.

Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY, the jet-Z™ COMPACT and MAGNUM COMPACT suppressors incorporate Ase Utra's patented jet-Z™ baffle system. The suppressors are all-steel, all-welded units rated for hunting, sport shooting or professional use on bolt-action or semi-automatic weapons.

The jet-Z™ COMPACT and suppressor adds only 550 to 570 grams net weight and 150 mm net length to a typical rifle – and with a diameter of just 40 mm, the suppressor is slim enough to be used with low-mounted telescopic or iron sights.

The jet-Z™ COMPACT and MAGNUM COMPACT suppressors are available with a variety of internal threads to fit directly onto the rifle barrel. Standard threads include; M14x1, M17x1, M18x1, ½"x20 UNF, ½"x28 UNEF to fit most current centrefire rifles.

Performance

The jet-Z™ COMPACT suppressor reduces the weapon sound pressure level by 29 to 32 dB (depending on ammunition type), and significantly reduces recoil and muzzle flash.

The result is a weapon firing full power ammunition, with a muzzle signature lower than that of an unsuppressed .22 rimfire rifle.

ASE Utra JetZ CQB

The jet-Z™ CQB suppressor is a lightweight, ultra-compact rifle suppressor. Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY, the jet-Z CQB™ suppressor incorporates Ase Utra's patented jet-Z™ baffle system.

The jet-Z™ CQB is an all-steel, all-welded unit. The jet-Z™ CQB adds only 550 grams net weight and 120 mm net length to a typical rifle – and with a diameter of just 40 mm, the suppressor is slim enough to be used with low-mounted telescopic or iron sights.

The jet-Z™ CQB is available with a variety of internal threads to fit directly onto the rifle barrel. Standard threads include; M14x1, M17x1, M18x1 ½"x20 UNF, ½"x28 UNEF to fit most current centrefire rifles.

Performance

ASE Utra JetZ CQB-QM

The jet-Z™ CQB-QM suppressor is a lightweight, ultra-compact assault rifle suppressor designed for quick and easy fitting to standard 22 mm diameter A1 and A2 flash-hiders utilized in the AR-15 / M16 / M4 family of weapons.

Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY, the AU jet-Z™ CQB-QM suppressor incorporates Ase Utra's patented jet-Z™ baffle system.

The AU jet-Z™ CQB-QM is an all-steel, all-welded unit rated for professional use on semiautomatic and select fire weapons.

The patented Quick-Mount enables secure attachment to MIL-SPEC A1 and A2 flash-hiders, with absolutely no modification to the standard weapon.

In addition to the above mentioned flashhiders, the jet-Z CQB-QM is now available for the Steyr AUG A1/A2 flashhiders and also for the G6A2 Vortex flashhider.

Its compact size and light weight maintain all shooting characteristics almost unchanged. Full-steel patented construction ensures maximum durability.

To be effective, full-bore rifle suppressors have to be rather bulky. Adding a suppressor to a full-bore rifle normally increases the overall length by about twelve inches, making the weapon awkward and muzzle-heavy. The suppressed weapon doesn't fit in a standard rifle case, so the sound moderator must be removed for storage and transport. Shortening the barrel by a few inches helps a bit, but if the barrel is shortened too much, the bullet muzzle velocity and trajectory are adversely affected. To overcome these and other problems, Finnish designer Juha Hartikka invented the Reflex Suppressor

We have seen a significant noise reduction when fox shooting at night; our results have increased, with those old wise foxes.

What is a Reflex Suppressor?

The patented Reflex design of suppressor (or sound moderator) has the expansion chamber sleeved back over the front four to eight inches of the barrel. This reduces the overall length of the suppressed weapon, and improves its balance and handling qualities.

Why use a full-bore rifle suppressor?

To save your hearing and, if you use a rifle for work, to comply with the UK Health and Safety legislation. Independent tests with a 308 Winchester hunting rifle confirm that Reflex Suppressors do reduce the sound pressure at the shooter's ear to well below the British Health and Safety Executive's "peak action level" of 140 dB. Above this level, HSE regulations require employers to reduce workers' exposure as far as reasonably practicable by means other than ear protectors. This legal requirement also extends to self-employed persons.

In practice, depending on the amount of bullet flight noise reflected back to the shooter by trees or fences etc., a full-bore hunting rifle with a good suppressor sounds about the same as a high velocity 22 LR rim-fire rifle.
