Nesika Action
Nesika Bay Precision started with a simple idea. Use state of the art CNC equipment and the best aerospace materials available to build the finest, most accurate bolt actions ever. Then make them available in 60 days or less. This simple idea has grown into a company manufacturing not only the finest actions available today, but also rifles for target, varmint and hunting enthusiasts.
Blending CNC manufacturing principles with old world craftsmanship produces rifles that are accurate enough to win world class target shooting events and handsome enough to take pride in. For Varmint shooters and hunters, this translates into the ability to hit small targets at long ranges and the confidence needed to take the hard shot.
You can count on our reputation and experience to build the most accurate rifle you own and the first rifle you choose when you go on your next shoot.

Kelbly's Custom Actions
Stolle
Custom Rifle Actions
The use of aluminum in the rifle actions has been the ultimate goal of many people for a number of decades. First developed by Ralph W. Stolle in the late 60's and the early 70's, the Stolle line of actions emerged after many changes in design and techniques. The rigidity and lightweight characteristics are highly desirable features, a must in today's competitive benchrest rifles.
Made entirely of 7075-T651 aircraft aluminum and 4140 alloy steel, they insure the optimum in stiffness and durability.
All models are of the square, flat-bottomed design to give a much greater and longer-lasting bedding area, a must for precision rifles. Lightness in weight affords the use of heavier and stiffer barrels as well as aiding in balance.
All models employ an integral full-length dovetail on the top. This rib serves a dual purpose - added basic stiffness, plus built-in high precision scope mount bases.

The Panda action was the first of the aluminum actions designed by Ralph W. Stolle and to
this day is still the most popular action built by Kelbly's Inc. Most suited for the Light Varmint
and Sporter classes in benchrest, it is also an excellent choice for a Heavy Varmint class rifle,
for a barrel-clamped Unlimited rifle, and for a single shot live varmint rifle.

The Big Bore Panda and Long Big Bore Panda actions are derivative of the standard Panda
action and are designed for those competitors who need to use either a dovetail or side plate
mounted iron sight. The dovetail has been narrowed to accept an Anshutz iron sight and a side
mount has been integrated into the design to achieve this end. Since these rifles usually use
larger calibers than standard benchrest rifles an integral recoil lug has also been added to
increase the recoil area.

The standard Kodiak model is designed for the Hunter benchrest class. It is smaller in
cross-section than the Panda and contains a magazine port that will accept a small
Remington 700 type of magazine. The Long Kodiak was developed to allow extraction of a
live 7mm Mag. or similar length cartridge. This action will accept a long Remington 700
magazine. Both actions have an integral recoil lug and are available with or without a magazine.

The Grizzly II action is a round centerfire action made of 416 R stainless steel. It comes in a
number of different configurations. It has the same barrel tenon and bolt design as the short Panda or Kodiak actions. It comes in a single shot or with two different magazine ports that will accept either a Remington 700 type magazine or the new extended length magazine. The single shot is availiable with a micro port in either right bolt/left port or left bolt/right port configurations. The action is drilled and tapped for optional Kelbly or Davidson style scope mount bases. The extended magazine action has standard trigger cross pins while the other two have a trigger bracket that accepts Remington style triggers. The standard finish for the action is high polish.
Borden Actions

The Rimrock and Alpine/Timberline actions were designed by Gary Amatrudo and Jim Borden. The actions were designed to achieve better accuracy and precision in Benchrest, Varmint and Hunting Rifles. The Alpine and Timberline actions are made specificallyy to be able to be used in stocks inletted for Remington 700 Actions. the Rimrock SSR and LSR actiosn are also made to be used in stocks inletted for Remington 700 Actions. The bolts for the Rimrock SSR and LSR actions are made as a one piece unit from a solid block of steel and that constitutes the cost difference between those actions and the Alpine and Timberline Actions.
All the custom action models produced by Borden Rifles are made to benchrest precision and quality and require no modifications to deliver unparalleled accuracy.
The Custom Actions manufactured by Borden Rifles operate smoothly and perform exceptionally due to the integration of key bolt and action design concepts. The combined aspects of the design integration and the execution of quality control to maintain close machining tolerances results in actions that deliver improved performance. The fire control system is designed to minimize drag in the firing pin/spring/cocking piece system. As a result, Rimrock, Alpine and Timberline actions deliver minimum locktimes while maintaining firing pin impact energy. The Rimrock actions utilize the patented Borden Bumps with a minimal difference in bolt and bump diameter to result in smooth operation and "tight" bolt lock-up. The action bodies are machined at full hardness of 38 to 40 Rc. The bolt bodies are hardened to 44 to 46 Rc. The result of these hardnesses is a smooth running and "gall resistant" action and bolt system.
BAT Action
BAT Actions are manufactured with the idea that "the best is not good enough." We strive for perfection on every action we manufacture. We constantly upgrade our tooling and manufacturing techniques to achieve this goal. Doing this does not help our productivity as every time we change something time is lost, however it does contribute to the continuing quality of our products.
